Medibank’s new head office in Melbourne’s Docklands aspired to become one of the healthiest workplaces in Australia, approaching mental and physical health through design. Employees can select from 26 types of work settings, ranging from indoor quiet spaces and collaborative hubs to wifi-enabled balconies, and places to stand and work.
The design process was highly collaborative with Detail 3 co-ordinating with Hassell, Chris Connell Design, Kerry Phelan Design Office, and Russell and George.
