Abode is a quality residential tower in Melbourne CBD consisting of 436 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It has 56 levels including high level amenities incorporating an infinity-edged swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, BBQ terraces, meeting rooms, dining rooms, lounge areas and gymnasiums. Engaged from project commencement as the lead consultant, Detail 3 was involved in all aspects of the project including liaising with the building designer Elenberg Fraser.
Detail 3's role included the design development stage through to the construction documentation stage, and coordinating contract administration throughout construction. Also incorporating purchaser changes and value management changes throughout the project.
