Synopsis /  Detail 3 were contracted to complete major refurbishment works to Building 17 at Monash University, which houses the Biological Sciences Faculty. We worked extensively on the upgraded GRC facade design strategy, which modernises the building’s identity, whilst greatly improving student amenity, and energy performance. A new main entry canopy and feature brick ‘skin’ to the base of the building, designed by Monash art Projects (Callum Morton), ties in with the GRC facade screen.
