The ‘Olderfleet’ building is a high end commercial office space with a beautiful heritage façade while boasting structural expression throughout the tower. Detail 3’s role was to oversee major documentation packages throughout DD and CD phases and provide expert knowledge on the construction of a large tower within Melbourne. Detail 3 continues to work on this project towards its 2020 completion date.
